Please read these Terms carefully before using https://www.photoblox.co.za (the “Service”), operated by PhotoBLOX (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Purchases: To purchase, you may be asked to supply payment and shipping details. You warrant that you may lawfully use the payment method and that your information is true, correct and complete. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud or unauthorised/illegal transactions.

Validity: Purchases and vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please allow 7–14 working days turnaround on all orders.

Pricing & accuracy: We update products and prices regularly and cannot guarantee all information is always accurate or complete. We may correct errors and change information at any time without prior notice. Visible wood grain is a characteristic of the natural material, not a defect.

Accounts: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account; notify us of any unauthorised use.

Intellectual property: The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of PhotoBLOX (Pty) Ltd and its licensors, protected by South African and foreign law. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Third-party links: Our Service may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for; review their terms and privacy policies.

Liability & disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PhotoBLOX (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.

Changes: We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted here, and continued use means you accept them.
