Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at PhotoBLOX. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Custom / personalised items: Because most PhotoBLOX products are printed to order with your own photos, they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Personalised items therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged (see below). This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act.
Returns (eligible items): Non-personalised products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted. Please contact us before returning anything.
Refunds on unfulfilled orders: Orders placed but not yet fulfilled may be refunded within 1 month of the order date. Orders must be fulfilled within one year of the purchase date.
Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Note our wooden blox are a natural product with natural wood grain — visible grain is a characteristic of the wood, not a defect, and is not grounds for a refund.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning a product to us.
